Refund and Cancellation Policy


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their booking and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Refund Policy

- When a customer cancels a booking, then the amount will be refunded after 24hrs of the scheduled departure of the bus. Passengers may receive refund amount after deducting cancellation charges (if any) according to cancellation policy.

- If for any reason bus journey is cancelled, then the refund amount if any will be done within 3 working days. Refund amount will only be transferred through UPI or net banking. No cash refund will be done.

- In case if passengers are shifted to another bus, then the refund amount if any will be done within 3 working days. Refund amount will only be transferred through UPI or net banking. No cash refund will be done.

- Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Keep your receipt as proof of booking.


Cancellation Policy

- For Cancellation one can call us on 9090-900-095.
- Any customer who have booked their seats online can cancel their seat after login to our portal or by visiting here.
- Please note that cancellation charges may be applied for cancelled seats/tickets according to cancellation policy of particular bus.
